Someone watching one of our sessions from afar may initially pose this question until they begin noticing that these verbal and tactile exercises serve to further team collaboration, innovation, and creative thinking.  The common language of our sessions - the LEGO® brick - acts to make everyone equal and provide a common ground to begin working toward a shared goal.

Bricks for Business
